I posted this to my Facebook page today but in case you're not a 'friend' there, I'm posting it on my blog too. The writer has put the inspiration I've been searching for down on 'paper' and now I need to take it all in.
I have a nephew named Andrew, too, and I still call him AndyDrew, even though he's an adult. Funny coincidence. :{)
