As you can see, I've updated my blog background to suit the upcoming holiday! I got a cabbage and some potatoes in this week's Door to Door Organics box so I decided I should get a corned beef at the grocery store. Foiled !! There were none in the whole store! I'll try a different market because a delicious boiled dinner sounds so good on a rainy, yucky day like today!
