I've been writing about my Imagine Sweater and I think it's high time I actually revealed some progress photos. I am very nearly done with the front (the back was finished last year, or was it the year before????):
Here's a closer shot of the peace symbol, which will no doubt benefit from a good blocking:
I'm using Blue Sky Alpacas 100% organic cotton. It's knitting up nicely but I'm a bit concerned it will be a 'heavy' sweater. I will have to be careful when I wash it so it doesn't stretch all out of shape.
I expect to finish the front tomorrow and start on a sleeve, too. I'm eager to finish things lately. That's a good thing, isn't it?
