If I could only learn to count...

....then I wouldn't have started the day out by ripping out the 11" I had knit on the Thai Vest.  I made the mistake of casting on 154 stitches.  I needed 164 stitches.  There was no way it was going to fit as-is so I ripped the entire piece out.  A big giant puddle of crinkled yarn sat on my bed.  Argh!

But the solution was very simple and it wasn't as if I had been knitting for a long time on it.  I wish all of my problems could be solved so easily.........

I had to rip out rows and rows just this evening, after I made a counting mistake! I can't rely on my row counter if I don't click it after I complete every row :)
